At AURÄ’A MARIS, each piece is carefully prepared and inspected before shipment. For this reason, all sales are considered final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, AURÄ’A MARIS is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. Any issues that occur during transit must be addressed directly with the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded or replaced.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Each case will be reviewed individually to determine if a replacement is appropriate.

Care & Wear

​

Normal wear, tarnishing, or changes in appearance over time are not considered defects. Proper care is the responsibility of the customer.
